I started playing golf about 15 years ago after growing up playing baseball.

It was to make the everyday tools of golf feel better.

What’s in a Name

I’ve always been drawn to building and working with my hands, and over time that instinct naturally found its way into golf.

The name Hazy began as something personal, inspired by my daughter Hazel. After the birth of my second daughter, Georgia, the name grew into Hazy Golf.

The “HG” quietly carries both the brand and their initials.

From the beginning, I wanted Hazy to be shaped by family, craft, and the belief that the objects we use in golf should feel lasting and considered.

Since 2020, I’ve worked alongside close friends and family, growing Hazy slowly while keeping real materials and careful making at the center of everything we do.
